I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Denise Tomasini, Producing Branch Manager with Supreme Lending. I have over 30 years\u2019 experience in the mortgage industry with a vast knowledge of products and services. I am proud to be a Five Star Award Member with Texas Monthly Magazine, Forbes & Fortune 500, I am in the top 1% of Mortgage Loan Officers. This means I close on time, I provide a streamline process that is well managed, I care, I am knowledgeable and work for my customers best interest.

Why Mortgage Rates Are Dropping Despite the Latest Big Fed Rate Increase. The Federal Reserve announced a 75- point interest hike Wednesday 7\/24, but experts believe its influence on the mortgage market is already priced into the long-term bond market, mortgage rates. The market already priced in an increase.

We are seeing a cooling off in the housing market, home listings are seeing a decline in the price, the market today compares more to 2019 prior to Covid. It is becoming a buyers’ market and sellers are more willing to work with our buyers when selling their home, today. Although, interest rates are up, price of homes are down. In my opinion becoming a healthier real estate market & necessary.
