Troy J. Madrigal is the founder and President of Ironwood Resource Advisors LLC headquartered in Fulshear, TX. Ironwood specializes in marketing ecosystem services and representing conservation real estate investors throughout the United States. With over 13 years of experience in monetizing ecosystem services and conservation assets, Troy has been involved with wetland, stream and endangered species mitigation banks from the Rio Grande Valley to Alaska. He has also served as the client liaison for multiple successful environmental solutions across the Gulf Coast for energy, transportation private and governmental developments. In addition to a robust ecosystem services and mitigation portfolio, our diverse projects aid clients in achieving meaningful and tangible sustainability goals. Navigating the process can be complex, but with our diverse range of expertise and network, Ironwood Resource Advisors is proud to assist clients in achieving and exceeding their environmental targets.

Previously, Troy spent several years in conservation real estate and the oil & gas industry. He received a B.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2006.

Troy serves as a member of the Harris and Fort Bend County Community Emergency Response Teams with the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. He is also a Board Member for Katy-Fulshear Young Life, a mentor for Katy ISD and a committed supporter of the Texas Wildlife Association.
